Go, go, go is the only way to describe Réal Chénier. Réal joined Cumberland Ready Mix (CRM) way back in 1982 as a licensed mechanic and driver. According to Réal, he “enjoys getting up in the morning and coming to work to solve problems.”

Réal’s other love is his Honda Goldwing. An avid rider since 1981, his dream is to take two months off work and ride around North America. In 1983 he made it as far west as Vancouver (with a stopover at the Calgary Stampede) during a one month trip with three couples.

Today he rides about 20,000 km per year. In 2008 he went east to Edmunston New Brunswick, as well as around Lake Ontario and down to Manhattan New York. When Réal is not riding his Goldwing he is playing baseball or horseshoes in summer or bowling three times a week in the winter on three different teams. Even after working twelve hours a day at CRM, Réal says he still needs to be with people at night. His motto, “Make the most out of every moment — get the most out of life today.”
