Quality Control Administrator
R.W. Tomlinson is looking for a Quality Control Administrator. Duties are not limited to, but may include. setting up of quality control documentation and record keeping, coordinating the testing of material, analyzing reports, preparing mix design submissions, ensuring work procedures and specifications are followed, documenting and submitting non-conformance reports, conducting concrete tests,conducting soil compaction tests with a nuclear densometer gauge, ensuring timely delivery of all samples to the applicable laboratories. This candidate will be responsible for the daily co-ordination of Quality Control activities. They will communicate with Quality Control Manager, Project Managers, and Site Foremen and attend daily meetings that are held between Project Managers in order to communicate what work is to take place the following day. As a Quality Control Administrator the candidate will work with our clients/owners, project engineers, supervisors, administrators, foreman, and laborers, to ensure the project specifications are followed and a high level of quality is rendered.
Accounting Administrator
Key Duties:
1. Reviewing incoming cost logs
2. Matching information from different sources
3. Entering, and posting data relating to equipment hours, fuel and repairs
4. Reconciling information
5. Researching and resolving issues
6. Preparing analysis related to equipment hours, fuel and repairs
7. Filing data in appropriate locations
8. Communicating with others facilitate process
Skills and Attributes:
a. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

g. Accounting background would be an asset
Educational Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Post High School education in accounting, or administration would be desirable.
3. English written/verbal a must
4. French verbal would be highly desirable
