At Cumberland Ready Mix we know how valuable your time is. It’s one of the reasons why we have equipped our fleets with a GPS, which is fully integrated with our dispatch and tracking system. This not only gives us virtual access to our customers, it helps with volume tracking and ensures your deliveries arrive on time.
All of our customer’s orders are important to us. Help us to serve you more effectively by following our ordering guidelines and providing all the information relevant to your order.
Ordering Guidelines
Submitting your order with the following information will ensure that you receive the right product in the right place and at the right time:
- Customer name
- Mix code/description
- Date and time of delivery

- Quantity and rate of pour
- Method of placement
- Contact name and phone number
Order Notice Hints
- For the best service, place your orders by 4:00 p.m. the day before the pour.

- Make your order changes as promptly as possible.
- Help us to serve you better by making cancellations at least two hours before delivery time.
