Tomlinson has earned the reputation as a premiere road building contractor. Our experience and expertise enable us to complete multi-million dollar projects, such as the ones awarded to us, for the Palladium infrastructure and the sections of Hwy. 416 and Hwy 417 (Trans Canada Highway).

 

Our superior total site development services include: excavation, roadways, hard services, lighting, concrete, granulars and asphalt for private developers and government agencies.

Our construction division has been involved in the building and rehabilitation of bridges since the late 1980s. During this time frame, the scope of our projects has continuously grown. We now operate a fully integrated bridge building division equipped to construct and or rehabilitate bridges within municipal and provincial contracts or as a component of highway construction. We are currently constructing two bridges on our HWY 7 project at a total cost of $8 million.

 

Tomlinson provides a wide range of services for our commercial and residential development clients. These clients include malls, major box store developments, schools, churches, housing developments and government facilities. Our capabilities include excavation and the supply and placement of granular, asphalt and concrete.

In addition, Tomlinson carries out a variety of specialty projects. These include ground side and air side site development for McDonald-Cartier International Airport, storm water management systems, break waters, as well as landfill restoration and construction.
