R.W. Tomlinson established the Heavy Civil Division in the late 1980, operating with a small contingency of employees and relying heavily on sub-contractors to complete projects. Since then, it has evolved into the competitive leader it is today. Predominantly involved with construction of large multi-operational projects, which include concrete, our division has developed the resources to meet these demands.

 

Our group of Professional Engineers, technologists, technicians and skilled tradespeople, has the experience to undertake the most challenging projects. Working primarily with the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) and the City of Ottawa, we have coordinated complex construction and infrastructure projects. Our diversified group demonstrates their capabilities providing solutions, to all components of a project.
